| Sunil S. Jhangiani, MD, MBA, FACP, AGAF. The American Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists (ABPNS) provides a credential that recognizes physician expertise in clinical nutrition. In 1986, Dr Sunil S. Jhangiani, MD, became one of a handful of physicians certified by ABPNS, and has maintained his certification to this day. In addition, he is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Managed Care Medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association (AGAF), and a member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and the American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN). Seeing first-hand that preventable health risk factors - such as improper diet and inactivity - were largely to blame for the burden of illness and reduced productivity among his patients in the New York metro area, Dr. Jhangiani successfully incorporated nutrition counseling and weight management services into his practice. Being a MBBS graduate from India (University of Mumbai-1980), and witnessing similar issues affecting urban India, Dr. Jhangiani is now bringing nutrition management services directly to consumers, health care providers and corporates at home. Dr. Jhangiani is a frequently invited speaker at numerous health care and nutrition forums in the NYC area. He has given interviews and shared his expertise on TV, radio, and the print media. His keen insight into health care trends and strategy have resulted in numerous publications, especially in The New York Times, Letters to the Editor section. His speech, "Health Care in America: Reform through Communication," delivered at the 8th Annual American Communication Association Convention at Georgetown University, Washington D.C., in 2002, was published in the April 15th 2003 issue of "Vital Speeches of the Day." In July 2007, the Consumers Research Council of America selected Dr. Jhangiani as one of America's Top Physicians in the areas of Nutrition and Gastroenterology. |

Each nutritionist undergoes specific training on quality of care and International guidelines for dietary recommendations as set by the United States Centers for Disease Control, yet adapted for individuals from different regions across the globe. Each dietitian holds a minimum of a MSc in Dietetics and Nutrition, in some cases a PhD in her field. |

| Dr. Richard Bernstein |
| Dr. Richard Bernstein is a practicing physician and managed care executive with 30 years of experience with local, regional and national managed care organizations and at a New York based management services organization. He has been medical director on the provider side in single and multi-specialty group practices as well as at the Mount Sinai Faculty Independent Practice Association. Richard has also served as a health care consultant to managed care organizations and national benefit consulting companies for the past 7 years. Organizations that Richard has worked for included US Healthcare, Aetna, Group Health Plan of New Jersey, Continuum Health’s MSO, DoctorQuality, and CareAdvantage. He was recently appointed medical director of VNS CHOICE Medicare, Visiting Nurse Service's Medicare Advantage plan for those with both Medicare and Medicaid. Dr. Bernstein is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, received his MD from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and a BA from Yale University. He completed his residency in Social Medicine and Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. He was recently awarded a Fellowship in the American College of Physicians. Dr. Bernstein continues to practice primary care internal medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. He was recently promoted to Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Richard is also Adjunct Professor at the Baruch/Mount Sinai MBA Program in Health Care Administration and the Fairleigh Dickinson University Executive MBA in Health Systems Management. He has published peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on topics ranging from targeting care management efforts, physician reimbursement, palliative care and clinical practice guidelines. |

| Dr. Ashutosh Kaul |
| Dr. Ashutosh Kaul is the director of minimally invasive and robotic surgery at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, New York. Dr. Kaul has been performing obesity surgery since 2000 and is a member of the American Bariatric Society. After his surgical residency from St. Barnabas Medical Center, New Jersey, he completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at The Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery, New York. Dr. Kaul is a board certified General Surgeon, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He was selected in the 2002 list of “Americas top minimally invasive surgeons” by Consumers Research Council of America and is an honored member of Strathmore’s Who’s Who 2002-2003 edition. In 1998 he was selected as an “Outstanding Young Man of America” in their thirty first Edition. Dr. Kaul has over 50 international presentations and papers to his credit. He along with other members of the Bariatric surgery team at Westchester medical center have performed live surgeries by teleconference at many society meetings. They are also innovators in robotic surgery being amongst the first to use robotics in gastric bypass surgery. Dr. Kaul is also involved in training of residents and fellows in general surgery and minimally invasive surgery. He is Co-program Director of minimally invasive fellowship training at New York Medical College. |
