- You should be careful that sugar does not stay in your mouth for long.
- If you are the kind who is in the habit of nursing a drink or you keep sipping on a coffee or soda for hours, it’s time to change your habits.
- After a meal you have a lot of saliva in the mouth, so if you eat your dessert then the chances of processing them quickly are higher.
- You could wash it down with a glass of water
- Better still, brush before the bacteria starts acting.
