- Smoking - Smoking damages the elastin and collagen fibres in the skin and can lead to the appearance of premature wrinkles and sagging. Nicotine causes blood vessels in your skin to narrow down, thereby impairing the blood flow to your skin. Reduced blood flow does not allow the skin to get the required nutrients and oxygen supply. Smoking also damages the elastin and collagen fibres present in skin tissues resulting in premature wrinkling and sagging.
- Exercise - a fitness routine combined with a healthy diet and good lifestyle habits can help you retain your youthful skin glow. Cells get an ample supply of oxygen-rich blood while exercising and imparts a healthy glow to your skin.
